Job Seeking Tools

Here are some of the main tools that I use in Job Seeking. Usually to be successful in finding a job a company has to be hiring in mass or you have to apply to enough jobs to receive feedback. In recent events, you can expect less than 10% return rate of employers who will call you back with in a month. If you apply to 10 jobs your likely chance of an interview is slim to none because 10:1 ratio is actually setting too high of an expectation for a place that will be hiring only a couple associates at a time. You will have a better chance of finding a job when seeking in a career such as a customer support or technical support representative because call centers are hiring and training more then 30 ppl at once knowing only 10% of them will likely succeed in the position. Use these tools and I can guarantee with the right key words you will not be disappointed in what populates for openings. Best Wishes in your new career and development.
